• Pricing & Total Amount: The prices listed on the product pages represent the total price to be paid for the item. The final amount shown at checkout is the exact amount charged to your payment account—there are no hidden surcharges or extra handling fees. Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
• Accepted Payment Methods: We currently accept payment exclusively via PayPal (including account balances, linked debit cards, or credit cards processed securely through the PayPal gateway). Full payment must be authorized and completed before orders are processed and shipped.
• Order Acceptance: We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion, including but not limited to situations involving stock unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected unauthorized or fraudulent payment activity.
• Shipping & Delivery: Delivery times and applicable shipping rates are specified at checkout. Products dispatched to EU member states ship directly from European warehouses with no additional customs duty fees.

3. Right of Withdrawal & Returns (EU Consumers)

If you are a consumer residing within the European Union, under Directive 2011/83/EU on Consumer Rights, you have the statutory right to withdraw from your purchase contract within 14 days without giving any reason, starting from the day you (or a third party designated by you) receive physical possession of the goods.

In addition, NECESPOW offers a voluntary 30-day return policy subject to the conditions detailed in our official Warranty & Return Policy.

4. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability

Except as expressly provided in our Warranty Policy and without prejudice to your statutory consumer rights:

• As-Is Basis: The website and all products delivered to you are provided "as is" and "as available" for your use, without any representation, warranties, or conditions of any kind, either express or implied.
• Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, NECESPOW shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or performance of our products or website.
• Product Usage: Customers are responsible for operating portable power stations and solar equipment strictly according to the safety instructions and specifications provided in the product manuals.

5.2 Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR)

In the event a dispute cannot be resolved directly, EU consumers retain the right to submit complaints to an official consumer dispute resolution body in their jurisdiction.
