Returns and Refunds
This Return & Refund Policy applies to all orders placed on the NECESPOW website. We are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with our products. Please read the following terms carefully.
1. Warranty Period
NECESPOW warrants to the original consumer purchaser that this NECESPOW product will be free from defects in workmanship and material under normal consumer use during the applicable warranty period. The warranty period is 1 year (12 months) from the date of purchase by the customer.
2. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it for a refund. This guarantee only applies to products purchased directly from NECESPOW. For all other purchases, please contact the retailer or distributor from whom you purchased directly and follow their return policy.
Conditions for 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee:
- Returns must include all accessories
- Items must include original packaging
- The 30-day money-back guarantee does not apply to items with open boxes or missing accessories
Cost Responsibility:
- For non-quality related warranty claims, the buyer is responsible for shipping costs
- For non-quality related warranty claims, NECESPOW refunds the cost of the product itself only
- Returns may be rejected if items do not meet the above requirements
3. Return Shipping Costs
We will pay for the return shipping cost if the product is defective or damaged during shipping.
For subjective return reasons (e.g., change of mind, no longer needed), the customer will have to cover the return shipping cost themselves.
If a customer wishes to return a product after receipt and use — not due to product quality issues — the customer must apply to us. Returns can only be processed after we provide approval. In such cases:
- The customer will need to bear the return shipping costs
- We will deduct a depreciation fee of 15%-50% from the refund amount
4. Maintenance and Repair
NECESPOW will repair or replace any faulty products during the warranty period due to defects in workmanship or material. This applies to products purchased directly from NECESPOW.
5. Refund Conditions
NECESPOW offers a 30-day money-back guarantee for goods purchased directly from NECESPOW. To be eligible for a full refund, your item must be:
- Never used
- Kept in the same condition as received
- Returned in its original packaging
Note: Gift cards and downloaded software are non-returnable.
If you are still unsatisfied for any reason, simply let us know within 30 days. Once we receive the product and confirm the validity, we will refund the full purchase price.
Important: We will reject the refund if the wrong item is returned to NECESPOW or if the item is not returned.
6. How to Request a Return
To return an item, please contact us at supporteu@necespow.com. In order to return your product under the 30-day return policy, please ensure that:
- You have purchased the product directly from NECESPOW
- You contact NECESPOW and begin the return process within 30 days from the original shipment date
- The product is returned in its original packaging, with all materials included, in new or as-new condition
- The return is accompanied by a Return Authorization (RMA) number
7. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange your item for the same product, please contact us at supporteu@necespow.com for further instructions.
8. Warranty Exclusions
NECESPOW's warranty does not apply to the following situations:
- Improper use or installation
- Cosmetic damage
- Damage due to acts of nature (lightning strikes, tornadoes, hurricanes, etc.)
- Accidents
- Misuse or damage caused by incorrect usage methods
- Abuse or negligence
- Commercial use
- Modifications to any part of the product
- Inability to provide proof of purchase
- Lost or stolen products
- Non-quality related issues (after 30 days of purchase)
- Free products
- Repairs performed by third parties
- Purchases from unauthorized resellers
9. Additional Fees
Please note the following additional fee policies:
- Shipping costs for sending products to customers are the responsibility of the customer
- We may charge a depreciation fee ranging from 10% to 50% depending on the condition of the returned item
- This Return & Warranty Policy is subject to change without prior notice
10. How to Obtain Warranty Service

11. Return Material Authorization (RMA) Process
To return an item, you will need to obtain a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number. NECESPOW will not accept returns without prior authorization and a valid RMA number.
Process:
- Provide proof of purchase: Valid proof includes order number from NECESPOW online purchases or sales invoice. More than one type of proof may be required (e.g., receipt of money transfer and confirmation of shipping address).
- Provide product information: The defective item's serial number (usually on the bottom of the product) and/or visible proof depicting the defect are required. It may be necessary to return the item for quality inspection.
- Obtain an RMA number: Contact NECESPOW at supporteu@necespow.com to obtain an RMA number for any return.
- Label your package: Write the RMA number on the shipping label as well as on the outside of the package. Do not write the RMA number on the inner box. Packages without an RMA number on the return shipping label may not be accepted by our warehouse.
- Packaging requirements: Customers must keep the original packaging. If the original packaging is not available, we cannot apply for a return label. Customers will need to purchase new packaging boxes themselves. NECESPOW is not responsible for the cost of packaging boxes.
12. Situations Where Buyer Covers Shipping Costs
Shipping costs will be covered by the buyer in the following situations:
- Returning items for any reason other than a proven defect
- Warranty claims on items taken outside of the original country of purchase
- Buyer's accidental returns
- Returning personal items
- Returning items claimed to have defects but found by NECESPOW quality control to be in working condition
- Costs associated with unauthorized returns (any returns made outside of the approved warranty process)
