1. Order Processing Time
We process all orders within 48 hours (excluding weekends and public holidays). Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
If there are any issues with your order, we will contact you via email.
2. Shipping Destinations
We primarily ship to countries within the European Union (EU). If you are located outside the EU and wish to place an order, please contact us at supporteu@necespow.com to confirm shipping availability and costs.
3. Shipping Time
Once your order has been processed, estimated delivery times are as follows:
- Standard delivery (EU countries): 3-7 business days
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs processing, carrier delays, or other unforeseen circumstances.
4. Shipping Carriers
We use the following carriers for our shipments:
- For products containing batteries (e.g., power stations): DPD
- For other products: local EU carriers based on your location
All orders are shipped from our German local warehouse to ensure fast and reliable delivery within the EU.
5. Shipping Costs
We offer free shipping to most EU countries and regions.
However, for remote areas, islands, or other regions located far from our German warehouse, an additional shipping fee of €8 - €10 may apply. If your location falls into this category, we will contact you before processing your order to confirm any additional charges.
6. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
For all orders shipped within the European Union, there are no additional customs duties or taxes. The price you see at checkout is the final price.
7. Delivery Address
It is essential that you provide a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. We are unable to change your shipping address once your order has been processed or shipped.
If a package is returned to us due to an incomplete or incorrect address provided by you, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Please note that additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment.
We recommend providing a daytime telephone number with your order to assist carriers in case of delivery issues.
8. Failed Delivery Attempts
If a carrier is unable to deliver your package and returns it to us as undeliverable, please contact our customer service team at supporteu@necespow.com to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping fees may apply.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email. You can use this link to monitor the status of your delivery.
10. Damaged or Lost Packages
If your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us immediately at supporteu@necespow.com. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and ensure you receive a replacement or refund as appropriate.
